As PCO has grown, so has our involvement in the community. PCO prides itself as a responsible and active member in our community by contributing financially to a variety of local projects and by volunteering our time to worthy events. In 2005 PCO employees volunteered more than 800 hours to regional community projects and this number is expected to exceed 1000 hours in 2006. Here are just a few types of community oriented involvement PCO is actively involved in.

  Supporter of community cleanup efforts.

PCO works with SL Start to employee individuals who are developmentally delayed. www.slstart.com

Supporter of youth academic and athletics teams.

Volunteers of Public Television fund raising efforts.

Sponsor of food drives for regional food banks.

Member of the Economic Development Council for economic growth.

Contribute time and financial resources to Gonzaga University's Entrepreneurial Program.

Member of the Chamber of Commerce.

  Annual donations to charitable organizations.

Work with local universities to provide intern opportunities to students.

Contribute time and financial resources to the Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery.

Over 25K in food, clothing and cash collected and donated to charities throughout the Inland Northwest.

PCO was proud to host the first annual PCO Charity Drive in October 2005. Raising more than 25K in donations for charities that help the less fortunate, the contributions were badly needed as many regional charities were reporting under average donations due to the devastating hurricanes that struck the US in 2005.

PCO credits the success of drive largely in part to the hard working PCO employees but even more so to the generous Inland Northwest community at large. "We are proud to live in a community where the people are so willing to lend a helping hand." said PCO's Marketing Director Tim Bybee. "Together we can help bring a brighter day to a few less fortunate individuals."

Thank You Spokane!
